1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Through the availability request form on the site we collect the data you voluntarily enter: full name, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, room type, and — if you choose to provide them — email address, phone number and any notes.

The site also uses third-party services (Google Maps for the map and Google Fonts for the typefaces) that may collect technical data, such as the IP address, necessary for them to function.

Important note about the request form

The form on the Contact page does not send data to a server on the site: when you submit it, your browser opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation with the data you entered. From that point on, your data is transmitted through WhatsApp and also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, according to its own privacy notice, which we invite you to review.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to availability requests and managing any pre-contractual measures and the performance of your stay (Art. 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR);
• Complying with legal obligations, including reporting to the police via the Alloggiati Web portal and tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Data retention

Data relating to requests that do not result in an actual stay is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data relating to stays that were actually completed is kept for the periods required by applicable tax and public security law.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared with public security authorities (for guest reporting obligations), tax authorities, and technical suppliers who support the management of the property. Data is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data subject rights

At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to affittacamere@limin.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
